happy chief
Lo-fi and amateur, this is the speck Happy Chief will make on the skillet of Rock and Roll’s breakfast.
Ingredients: your’s truly, upright bass, fretless electric bass, wineglass, guiro, four-string guitar, steel drum, drumkit, piano, harmonica and shaker, with Fiddle and Bert on one song each
All original tunes, except for my tribute to Mark Sandman [using the wineglass] – the sound of this album is akin to basement four-track-cassette-recorder-noodling insomniance
That last isn’t really a word, true, but is perhaps invented here to describe the movement that is Gold Plated
